I have been making turkey ta...Thanks for the tips!<br /><br />I have been making turkey tacos, which are good, but I've been getting sick of those too.<br /><br />I should try a chicken sandwich, because I can have horseradish and such, which I think would be good one of those. I am not sure ...I think you are doing a great job!! I am not sure exactly what it is you can eat but here are a few options for chicken off the top of my head:<br /><br />Chicken tacos (sub lettuce for shell)<br /><br />Chicken sandwiches (can also sub lettuce for bread, Simon and I do it all the time, better than you may think)<br /><br />turkey burgers??? (make them all the time, love them, but they should be homemade)<br /><br />mini turkey meatloaves (use a muffin pan, this works well for portion control)<br /><br />Chicken with wheat pasta & fresh tomatos with some EVOO & basil (after eating wheat pasta a few times you get use to it and will like it)<br /><br />I also find if you switch up salads you don't get so bored (put different things in them, combine different greenery...iceberg with spinach leafs, spring mix etc...) if you can have nuts or craisins they both taste wonderful with chicken on salads....<br /><br />YOU CAN DO IT ANG, like i said, not sure what you can have on your diet, hope my ideas helped you out a little. The thing that I thought of that conce...Thank you!<br /><br />The thing that I thought of that concerns me is the fact that I need to learn to do this now, otherwise once I reach my goal weight, I will just return to the bad habits of grabbing whatever convenient food is around.<br /><br />This is why I'm fat now!!! I'm surprised the family still eats here.. lol I can't imagine how difficult it is being on a specific diet. Prayers to keep up the GREAT job!!
